We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your item, please review our policy below:
Returns Accepted Within 14 Days – You may return your item within 14 days from the date of receiving it for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns beyond this period.
Original Packaging Required – All pillows must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Tracked Returns Only – When returning your item, please use a tracked shipping service to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or missing returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
