All guarantee and warranty periods start from the date your order is delivered. If you believe there may be an issue with your bed or mattress, please contact the Somnex Sleep™ Customer Support Team who will be happy to assist and advise on the next steps.

Somnex Sleep™ provides a 5-year warranty across our range of beds and mattresses, offering protection against faults caused by defective materials or workmanship when used under normal household conditions.

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault within the first 5 years, we will arrange a free repair or replacement where necessary.

 

Ottoman Gas Lift Pistons

For our ottoman beds, if the gas lift pistons become weak over time under normal use, we will provide a FREE replacement within the warranty period. We will simply send the replacement pistons out to you, free of charge.

 

Warranty Terms & Conditions

This guarantee/warranty will not apply if:

●      The item has been stained, soiled, or marked in any way

 

●      The product has been damaged after delivery due to accidental impact or mishandling

 

●      The bed or mattress has been misused, including jumping on it or improper use

 

●      The product has been used in a commercial environment (unless agreed in writing)

 

●      The mattress has been folded or bent, causing damage to the springs or internal structure
