How to Order

To place an order, simply send us your required measurements and shape details. If the mattress or seating is a complex or unusual shape, we may require a full-size template to ensure the most accurate fit possible.

 

Template Requirement (For Difficult Shapes)

For shaped mattresses or seating (curved edges, angled corners, cut-outs, or irregular layouts), we may ask you to provide a full-size template. This helps us cut the foam accurately and prevents sizing issues.

Templates can be made using:

●      A large plastic sheet / large plastic bag

 

●      A large sheet of paper

 

●      Cardboard or similar material

 

You can either:

●      Post the template to us, or

 

●      Send clear photos first so we can confirm it’s correct before posting (if required)

 

We will advise you if a template is needed once we review your measurements.

 

Important Custom Order Information

Please note: all custom made mattresses and seating are made to order, therefore:

●      Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins quickly and materials are cut specifically to your measurements.

 

●      Custom made items are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing fault, as they are personalised products.
