Free UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery to most areas on all beds and mattresses.

📌 Please note: Some remote areas may have additional delivery charges. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.

Mattress Delivery (Rolled/ Flat packed & Boxed)

Most of our mattresses are delivered rolled and boxed for easy handling.

Bed & Divan Delivery

Our beds and divans are delivered via our own delivery team or a trusted local van courier service.

 ⏰ Delivery Slot: You will receive a delivery timeframe approximately 24 hours before delivery

Flat Pack Mattress Delivery (Not Rolled)

The following mattresses are delivered flat packed (not rolled) and are delivered via van courier / our own drivers:

Made to Measure / Custom Mattress Delivery

Made to measure mattresses are handmade to your specifications.

Rescheduling & Missed Deliveries

If you are unable to accept delivery, please let us know as soon as possible so we can rearrange your delivery date.

❗ Important: If a bed delivery is missed without prior notice, a £50 re-delivery charge may apply.

We can deliver mattresses only to Ireland and selected parts of Europe.

Delivery FAQs

When will my order be dispatched?

●      Rolled mattresses: Dispatched within 1 working day

●      Custom made mattresses: Dispatched in 2–5 working days

●      Beds/divans: Dispatch times vary depending on stock and delivery route

Will I receive a delivery time slot?

Yes — for bed/divan deliveries you will receive a delivery timeframe around 24 hours before delivery.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, for beds and flat packed mattresses only. Please contact us 48hrs before or as soon as your order has been placed and we will do our best to reschedule.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If the delivery is missed and the driver is unable to complete the drop-off, a £50 re-delivery charge may apply for beds/divans/flat packed mattresses. In the case of Roll packed mattresses that have been sent with a courier, they usually re-attempt delivery 2-3 times before it gets returned back to us. If it exceeds the 2-3 attempts and we receive it back from the courier and you wish for it to be resent, a £10 fee applies.
